Twenty-second day -- Swiss Brown mushroom and egg, sliced bread and Potatoes Mushroom soup
It was 6:16am. The vibrating and beeping watch woke me up. I stretched and twisted about to warm up before stepping into the bathroom. I tested my blood pressure, it read 106/64 (systolic/diastolic) and the pulse rate was 74 bpm. I noticed the hospital measured me frequently, every three hours in the night and after my breakfast. So I ordered one online before I was discharged. I bought the Sinocare from Lazada. It would give me a figure slightly lower than that measured in the hospital. The RoHs watch also measured my blood pressure but the figures were at least 20 higher, so I would not take it seriously. At eleven I measured again, it was 93/60 and pulse rate 75.
I did about 3500 steps with a slow pace and wearing the XOSS, checking often the heart rate with the mobile apps Nike Run Club. It hovered around 80-95 bpm. I ended the exercise with BaDuanJin. The stretching was good and I could feel the warmth streaming from my arms and legs.
I realized that the pill cause some constriction of the stomach, so I figured a fuller breakfast would be good. I had Swiss Brown mushroom fried with an egg, potatoes soup, and three slices of white bread.
Lunch was Swiss Brown Mushroom, carrot, and bean sprouts. I cooked the thinly sliced carrot with some ginger and salt until it was soft before adding the mushroom. More water oozed out from the mushroom as it reduced in size. Then I set the fire to the highest and pour in the bean sprout, add a spoon of light soya sauce, continuously fried it until I could smell fragrant of the bean sprout.
After dinner at about 9:30pm, my blood pressure was 110/67, and my pulse was 69. It would seem normal.
