First day in hospital

 I fainted 3 times today before I decided to go to the hospital. My heart was beating fast and it remains at 90 over beat per minute. I waited for 10 minutes and it was not going down but it went up further. It is not a good sign. I asked my wife to sent me to the hospital. 

The first time, I fainted while I was brushing teeth in the bath room. It was early in the morning at about 530am. While I was brushing, a sudden sharp paint start to develop at the right side of my throat. I sense that my fainting was coming, I quickly squat and adopt a prostrating posture. The pain race higher and I quickly move to the side wall of the bath room. I was not sure how long I fainted. I woke up daze and in sweat. After a few minute, I was back to full alert, I thought the sweat did have a good impact. I was wet so I decided to take a bath before going back to rest.

Thirty Eight -- A break from the routine

I had decided that Sunday to be dedicated to my other pleasure, photography. The routine of everyday can take a rest. I went out early to photograph birds and nature. Bishan Park, my favourite site, was looking warm and welcoming. Already many people were there, some running, some cycling, some walking and a few photographing with heavy, huge, camouflaged lens. I admired their strength and endurance to haul the weight and held them up to chase after that split moment. The lens and camera are expensive too. I used a bridge camera that is light in weight and my pocket. I hardly felt the prickling during bird hunting, perhaps I was too engrossed, or it was really so. I took all my meal at home and shuttled to the garden again after my breakfast and lunch. It was amazing to watch the bird going by their beings. Twenty-first Day — Reducing walking steps

Since I was not feeling good yesterday evening I stayed indoor to do some light walking. I did about 2,000 steps and then wind down with BaDuanJin. It took about 45 minutes. In all, I tried to maintain the heart rate below 90 bpm. I was experiencing less prickling.  I decided to make an excel to record my situation with temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. I used the oximeter and the XOSS for heart rate during exercise.  Later afternoon, at about 4:30pm. I felt very tired and was trying to sleep but had a strange feeling of needing more energy to breathe, as if the chest and the stomach were tightening. I tried to rest but it was difficult. I stayed in bed for an hour, was not really sleeping but drifting along, woke up an hour later.  It was dinner time, so I started cooking.
