Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia

I have a rare case of the above symptom. When I eat, I get a sharp needle prick and it developed into a lightning bolt that struck right up the brain and I will faint. The fainting is severe and it stop my heart. After some seconds I will regain consciousness.

Now I am on some nerve numbing medication. I was wondering if there is anything that can help my condition using TCM acupuncture or laser.

Presently I am warded at Raffles Hospital as it is difficult to get to TTSH which I was warded 2 years ago when I had the first attack and I was not aware of the situation resulting in a bad fall that resulted in brain haemorrhage. The record is in the TTSH. 6 July 2019 i was admitted and discharge in the 5th day as the diagnose found nothing in my tongue nor other hearth or brain problems.

This symptom lasted for 2 years and recently it became worst as I faint more often in a day and I felt that the heart can’t take it too often.

I was wondering it there is a way to help using acupuncture or 拉筋therapy.

As I cannot talk it is best to contact my wife.

A quick reply is most appreciated.

Thanks.
