A young lady, dressed in blue with the same colour head gear was peeping through a door that was left ajar. Inside a man with shoulder length hair, mustache and beard, seems oblivious to the pair of eyes. He continues to wash his hair, his face, body, eventually his lower body, feet and toes. He was thinking that he could go home soon after being confined here for five days. Outside young girls took turns to watch, for the good of the man. He bathed very slowly.
I was so happy to had taken the bath and was preparing to be discharged from the hospital. Wiped clean and changed into a new pair of underwear, long sleeve short and a pair of blue jeans, I sat down at the bed to take a sip of water. This rare condition made me eat and drink very cautiously. With all the precaution and slowness, I still got an electric charge that shoot through my brain. The pain was still bearable after I had taken the Pregobalin 25mg pill. The paint developed from a needle poke to a patch of lacerating sensation of an oval shape the size of 2 cm x 3 cm at the neck below the jaw, soon I would feel spinning and vibrations. I don’t know how long it last. I came back to my senses, daze, I see glittering star like scene. I tried hard to see and make sense of where I am and the scene in front of me.

Earlier in the morning I had the same fainting spell, but when I recovered I did not see stars. I was inquisitive that perhaps I had fainted much longer. My first documented fainting was the second day in the hospital while talking to the Electroencephalographer taking my EEG. This morning while taking a large pills I fainted, but the pain was not so sharp. Even that, after many request the nurse eventually told me my heart stop beating for 28 sec. Not a good sign. The first documented was heart stop for 14 sec. It seems to get worst. Perhaps I have to heal the advice of Dr Ng to put a heart pacer on me assist my fainting spell. Never, like any intrusion or even take Panadols. Now I have to try all that I detest, strong drug to numb the senses and perhaps a device to keep my heart beating.
Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia is difficult to deal with as a patient. Two years ago, I was unaware and fell during the fainting and suffered minor brain hemorrhage. Now tow years later, the condition suddenly become so worst, eating, drinking and talking can cause an attacked.
Each time I eat, I can only take paste like food. As chewing is minimized. I can only swallow with the head bout and the tongue in place. The swallowing uses the throat. That way I would not irritate the affected area, the right side of the tongue. Eating is such a precision and a slow motion process. I will call it Taji Eat.
Rest time. Tomorrow I would have to decide. Heart Pacer and Gama treatment.
Gama to burn and damage part of the Glossopharyngeal nerve. I just wonder if that works. Stopping the signal before it reaches the brain.
Dr Rhamani, a neurologist did ask if I want to put a heart pacer.
