Thirtieth Day -- Today is Saturday
I sat for 45 minutes on the massage chair. It helped to loosen the notches on my neck and the spine area. I felt good after the massage.
Exercise
Before the exercise, I would wear the XOSS chest strap that would count my Heart Rate, which I set to beep if it reached 130 bpm. Just a safety precaution. Then I would play the classical music, sometimes Mozart. If I am at home, I uses a portable Bluetooth speaker which is link to either my mobile or the iPad. Next I would wear the ROCK, the smart watch from RoHs. On the mobile, I would fire up the Google Fit and the Nike Run Club. Set it to run when I start the quick walk. The Nike apps, has huge black text and yellow background. So my Heart Rate was figured prominently on the centre of the app.

As I was walking, after about 2000 steps I felt the first prickling, before I finished 4500 steps, which the apps reported about 2.4km, I felt about 4 prickling in total. My heart rate was hoovering about 95 beat per minute.
I am trying to perfect the BaDuanJin and perhaps I would spent more time reading and practise the exercise.
My sleep was not very good according to the Rock smartwatch. I was only secondary. I had been trying to obtain a better sleep reading but I had not manage to achieve it. I will doing more analysis and reading to improve my reading.
Routine
- 30 minutes of Massage (Massage Chair)
- Wash up, Gargling with saltwater
- Drink a glass of water
- Walk or quick steps, incremental if the body can take it.
- Wind-down with BaDuanJin
- Take a soothing sip of liquid, today was Pipagao 枇杷膏
- Rest for 15 min, could be standing to draw or type.
