The Nerve numbing Pills - Hallucination?

Image
I was given the 75mg of the pill on the first evening after Dr. Rhamani spoke to me at length and witness my fainting during the attack after prolong talking.  After that it was reduced to 25mg one for morning and another for the night. After I had another 2 attack on the fifth day I started on the 50mg in the night and 25mg in the day.  The pill makes me very drowsy and stone. Like a huge hollow behind my Brian. I felt heavy.  Through out the few days is was drowsy sleeping. I saw some images during the drowsiness. Not sure what was it so I drew it in fountain pen without colors. One of the night I saw a lots of chubby children and one or two adults adorning some conical head gears. I could not tell what is it. They were all stationary. I tried to zoom in then it turns in the face resembling the birth of Venus. The background was dark. The table in front is very long. Anyway very blurry I cannot focus on anyone further. This one are white circles that flooded the space w...

10 September 2025

10 September 2025 — Morning Journal Entry I woke up this morning at around 8:15. The first task of the day was preparing porridge with pumpkin, which took about an hour to cook. I set an alarm for 9:00 a.m. while waiting. In the meantime, I rinsed and gargled my mouth with sea salt, followed by a small glass of water mixed with French salt. It brought some relief, though the sharp pain on the right side of my throat felt worse than yesterday. To calm the discomfort, I turned to meditation—relaxing the head, chest, and body. This helped ease the intensity. At 9:00 a.m., I started to cook a side dish. First, I heated olive oil and added chopped ginger, letting the base warm through. Then I added half an onion, a little water, and covered the pan, allowing it to shimmer for 5–10 minutes until the onion turned transparent. Next, I added the white cabbage, placed an egg gently on top, and finally stirred in two scoops of the   pumpkin  porridge. I covered it for three min...

Tibetan bowl - Resonance

Today, I started my morning with two rounds of jogging around the small field, followed by practicing the "Eight Section Brocade" (八段锦) exercises. Afterward, I enjoyed some coffee and water to rehydrate. I brewed a Chinese herbal soup using the following ingredients: Dried long and skinny mushrooms Red dates Chinese wolfberries Peanuts Yellow beans Codonopsis root (also known as Tangshen root) After my exercise, I drank the herbal soup and then spent some time working on the computer. To conclude my morning routine, I performed a 15-minute Tibetan bowl session, alternating between sitting and standing. I noticed that the rashes had subsided and the itchiness on my palms and feet seemed to have lessened. I suspect that sound can cure. Interesting Concept. Sometimes Intuition helps.

Rashes and Chinese 泡脚。

Today, I experienced another bout of rashes that tend to emerge in the evening and worsen during the night. These rashes are extremely itchy and quite severe. Over the past two nights, I began washing my feet with a Chinese medicinal solution. This preparation involves dissolving the medicinal substance in about a litre of water heated to 100°C. I purchased this remedy online and have used it three times so far. Remarkably, it seems to be effective; the rashes have lessened, and I feel significantly better. Additionally, I have continued consuming a special honey from China that is reputed to boost kidney health. Last night, I drank a cup of this honey before bed. I also enjoyed a bowl of a nourishing soup, known as 桃胶, which I bought from a Chinese medical shop at Thomson Plaza called Yuehua. This soup is one of my favourites, and I shared it with my wife. Upon waking up today, I noticed an improvement in my condition. The rashes on my left arm, particularly above the elbow, were sign...

My rashes

Today started off quite differently. I woke up feeling quite damp and uncomfortable. It wasn’t the energetic start I had hoped for, but I decided to take some traditional Chinese medicine called Jetupian Lianhua Qingwen to get myself back on track. Instead of my usual walk, I focused on some special breathing exercises, specifically a Chinese Qigong practice called Ba Duan Jing. This helped me feel refreshed despite the shaky start. After my Qigong exercises, I returned home for breakfast with my wife. We enjoyed a healthy breakfast of beans and sweet potatoes, which was both nourishing and delicious. Along with my meal, I took my B12 complex vitamins and a multivitamin, ensuring I was well-prepared for the day ahead. Then, I dove straight into work. I was so engrossed in my tasks that I didn't even notice the time passing. It wasn’t until 1 PM that I took a break for lunch. I met up with Philip, and we enjoyed a delicious meal of beef and handmade noodles. It was a satisfying meal...

23rd Jan 2023 - Rashes on Body

For the past four days, my body was very itchy in the middle of the night, I had used essential oil, Tea Tree, Lavender, and Menthol. I did a few things to get rid of the rashes.  I was feeling very tired yesterday. I slept in the morning and the afternoon. I tried meditating,  holding my heart, and slept facing upward fully covered with a blanket. After about an hour plus I noticed that the rashes on the arms had receded. Perhaps, my body was too hot inside and the surface was too cold. This caused the stoppage in the movement of heat and flow of blood perhaps. Last night I cook some Chinese Herbal Tea given by my mum to reduce uric acid. (菊苣,栀子,百合,葛根,桑叶)After drinking a warm glass, I felt the rashes were less itchy and slowly receding. However, the next day the rashes were more permanently red, but not itchy.  This morning I did the Chinese BaiDuanJing for two rounds and walked at home for 2 km. I stopped ingesting the vitamin B this morning In the night, there were a f...
