Rashes and Chinese 泡脚。

Today, I experienced another bout of rashes that tend to emerge in the evening and worsen during the night. These rashes are extremely itchy and quite severe. Over the past two nights, I began washing my feet with a Chinese medicinal solution. This preparation involves dissolving the medicinal substance in about a litre of water heated to 100°C. I purchased this remedy online and have used it three times so far. Remarkably, it seems to be effective; the rashes have lessened, and I feel significantly better.

Additionally, I have continued consuming a special honey from China that is reputed to boost kidney health. Last night, I drank a cup of this honey before bed. I also enjoyed a bowl of a nourishing soup, known as 桃胶, which I bought from a Chinese medical shop at Thomson Plaza called Yuehua. This soup is one of my favourites, and I shared it with my wife.

Upon waking up today, I noticed an improvement in my condition. The rashes on my left arm, particularly above the elbow, were significantly reduced. Occasionally, I apply a 檀香 cream to soothe the affected areas. This morning, I maintained my routine of going for a run, accompanied by Phillip, which consists of running approximately 600 to 700 meters, followed by walking for the some distance. In total, I typically achieve about 5,000 to 6,000 steps each morning.

I did the 泡脚, felt better and continue my collaboration with AI.

After my morning exercise, I proceeded with my work, feeling slightly better overall despite the recurring rashes.
