My rashes

Today started off quite differently. I woke up feeling quite damp and uncomfortable. It wasn’t the energetic start I had hoped for, but I decided to take some traditional Chinese medicine called Jetupian Lianhua Qingwen to get myself back on track.

Instead of my usual walk, I focused on some special breathing exercises, specifically a Chinese Qigong practice called Ba Duan Jing. This helped me feel refreshed despite the shaky start.

After my Qigong exercises, I returned home for breakfast with my wife. We enjoyed a healthy breakfast of beans and sweet potatoes, which was both nourishing and delicious.

Along with my meal, I took my B12 complex vitamins and a multivitamin, ensuring I was well-prepared for the day ahead.

Then, I dove straight into work. I was so engrossed in my tasks that I didn't even notice the time passing. It wasn’t until 1 PM that I took a break for lunch. I met up with Philip, and we enjoyed a delicious meal of beef and handmade noodles. It was a satisfying meal that recharged my energy.

Post-lunch, I headed to Weng’s to continue my work. I treated myself to some tea with less sugar while working happily and efficiently. The atmosphere at Weng’s always boosts my productivity.

Later, I came back home to cook dinner. I had bought some chicken ham and cooked it up with a variety of vegetables. The result was a delightful chicken ham and vegetable stir-fry, which I thoroughly enjoyed!

After dinner, I had a brief moment of discomfort with some watery diarrhea. However, I quickly recovered and felt fine again. I then took another dose of the Lianhua Chinese medicine to keep everything balanced.

Throughout the day, I noticed I had less discomfort overall, but in the evening, I felt some pain in my hands, and my fingers were a bit sore. Despite these minor issues, it was a productive and fulfilling day!

I have less rashes tonight.
