Tibetan bowl - Resonance

Today, I started my morning with two rounds of jogging around the small field, followed by practicing the "Eight Section Brocade" (八段锦) exercises. Afterward, I enjoyed some coffee and water to rehydrate. I brewed a Chinese herbal soup using the following ingredients: Dried long and skinny mushrooms Red dates Chinese wolfberries Peanuts Yellow beans Codonopsis root (also known as Tangshen root) After my exercise, I drank the herbal soup and then spent some time working on the computer. To conclude my morning routine, I performed a 15-minute Tibetan bowl session, alternating between sitting and standing. I noticed that the rashes had subsided and the itchiness on my palms and feet seemed to have lessened. I suspect that sound can cure. Interesting Concept. Sometimes Intuition helps.

Rashes and Chinese 泡脚。

Today, I experienced another bout of rashes that tend to emerge in the evening and worsen during the night. These rashes are extremely itchy and quite severe. Over the past two nights, I began washing my feet with a Chinese medicinal solution. This preparation involves dissolving the medicinal substance in about a litre of water heated to 100°C. I purchased this remedy online and have used it three times so far. Remarkably, it seems to be effective; the rashes have lessened, and I feel significantly better. Additionally, I have continued consuming a special honey from China that is reputed to boost kidney health. Last night, I drank a cup of this honey before bed. I also enjoyed a bowl of a nourishing soup, known as 桃胶, which I bought from a Chinese medical shop at Thomson Plaza called Yuehua. This soup is one of my favourites, and I shared it with my wife. Upon waking up today, I noticed an improvement in my condition. The rashes on my left arm, particularly above the elbow, were sign...

My rashes

Today started off quite differently. I woke up feeling quite damp and uncomfortable. It wasn’t the energetic start I had hoped for, but I decided to take some traditional Chinese medicine called Jetupian Lianhua Qingwen to get myself back on track. Instead of my usual walk, I focused on some special breathing exercises, specifically a Chinese Qigong practice called Ba Duan Jing. This helped me feel refreshed despite the shaky start. After my Qigong exercises, I returned home for breakfast with my wife. We enjoyed a healthy breakfast of beans and sweet potatoes, which was both nourishing and delicious. Along with my meal, I took my B12 complex vitamins and a multivitamin, ensuring I was well-prepared for the day ahead. Then, I dove straight into work. I was so engrossed in my tasks that I didn't even notice the time passing. It wasn’t until 1 PM that I took a break for lunch. I met up with Philip, and we enjoyed a delicious meal of beef and handmade noodles. It was a satisfying meal...
