Thursday 9th Dec - 4 kilometres walk at Bishan Park

I had a brisk walk from home to Bishan Park one, made a round from one end to another. The sun warmed up the chilly moisture in the air. There were many older folks exercising, synching with the music that was blasting from old recorders. The scenes were heart warming.

Recently a school of Starlings had landed on Bishan Park, perching and swirling in the morning sun. Among them there were some lighter coloured few. They shimmered as they circled around the pond and returned to the same tree. It was enjoyable watching them. Their calls were unique. It provided the background ambience for the sharp and loud calls of the Koel.

I did about 4 kilometres of walking. Prickling was little, except that the watch warned me that my energy level was low, something that I had yet to figured out. A friend advised that I should take vitamin B12 even I had eaten eggs, beef or fish. I took the Neutrogen-E, which had B2, B6 and B12 with E too. Would monitor my energy level using the XiaoMi watch and see how it goes.
